Five ways to experience cacao

Drop in for one. Follow the whole journey.

  • From Bean to Cup: Origins & Journey

Discover cacao from forest to cup. This immersive tasting takes you through cacao’s origins and varieties, then follows one bean’s full transformation: from roasted nib to cocoa mass to tempered chocolate, before finishing with a taste of hot chocolate from different regions of Colombia. A hands-on, multi-sensory introduction to where chocolate really comes from.

  • Ceremonial Cacao

Slow down and experience cacao the way it’s been enjoyed for centuries. Sip a 100% cacao drink, personalise it with your choice of spices, and take a moment of mindful reflection with words of intention. A calm, sensory pause amidst the show.

  • Guess the %

Put your palate to the test. Taste a range of chocolates from different origins and cacao percentages, then guess which is which. The closest guess wins a chocolate bar. Along the way, discover how fermentation alone can transform the flavour of chocolate made from the exact same bean.

  • Coffee & Chocolate Pairing

Two of the world’s favourite flavours, together at last. Explore expertly matched pairings of coffee and chocolate, and discover how the right combination can unlock entirely new layers of taste in both.

  • Beyond Cane

Sugar isn’t just sugar. Taste chocolate drinks made with cane, coconut and arenga sugar side by side, and discover how each sweetener changes the flavour completely. Then try a surprise drink made with rare, forest-grown arenga sugar for a taste of something new.
