Head of Out of Home & Hot Beverage Partnerships, The Fairtrade Foundation
As the Head of Out of Home and Hot Beverage Partnerships at the Fairtrade Foundation, my team is responsible for growing the presence and impact of Fairtrade products across a range of Out of Home channels – from cafes and bakeries, to restaurants and pubs. We’re an important partner for both hot beverage brands and hospitality retailers, accompanying them on the important journey to becoming a more sustainable business, through working with Fairtrade. I’m passionate about seeing farmers flourish and thrive through the global Fairtrade movement, which supports 750,000 small-scale coffee producers across Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia and Africa. Beverages have been a running theme in my professional life: I started my career within Hospitality on the Commercial team of global Spirits manufacturer, Diageo, where I worked in a range of roles, including leading on their hotel customers.
