Housed on a corner site in a residential Barons Court, Carbon Kopi was inspired by Antipodean café culture and adapted for British taste. Founder Natalie’s concept cracked open the West London market for other specialty coffee shop openings. She expanded the business last year to a new Fulham site that rifts on the original, highlighting that successful neighbourhood coffee shops are always evolving.
