Cat is a former barista from London, who returned to her home country Colombia, to work closely with producers, in favor of a more sustainable industry by focusing on traceability, education, information and innovation.

Her job as a green coffee consultant started in 2019 with Cata Export, this job has helped many producers that have been under the radar for years to gain a name in the specialty industry worldwide.

Her mission is to empower producers and roasters to speak the same coffee language in order to achieve an equal and healthy growth at both ends.
