Camilla Morgan

Sales Manager, Victoria Arduino
My first experience in coffee was when I was working for Darwin’s Deli in Soho, it was 2003, I had no idea what I was doing and I didn’t even like coffee at all. Fast forward to 2010, I took a role with a Glasgow roaster, Matthew Algie and it’s where I fell in love with coffee and subsequently this industry.

Following my time with them I moved onto working for Union Hand-Roasted Coffee where I was for nearly 7 years before taking a role with Melitta Professional Coffee Solutions.

In 2018 I moved to VA Machinery/Victoria Arduino as Sales Manager. It’s where I have had the opportunity to support the industry not only with top range espresso equipment but also lead initiatives like The Youth Academy. It’s an education project I’m hugely passionate about and hoping to continue so we can support more coffee professionals develop their careers. I’m also the current Chairperson/woman at The Kore Directive, working with the elected committee bringing interesting events to the coffee community and pushing the conversation forward.

When I’m not talking about coffee or coffee machine related topics you’ll find me talking about cycling or triathlons.
