I’ve been in coffee for 13 years. I started washing dishes in Melbourne. While at university I realised I couldn’t afford my coffee habit, so I got a job making coffee to save money. I fell in love and never looked back. I’ve held almost every role on the consumer side of the business from barista, trainer, cafe manager, roaster and now trader.
The biggest influence in my career was a Master of Business Administration. Sometimes you have to step outside your industry to see it clearly.
My favourite coffee is either Ethiopian or Kenyan through a v60.
