My coffee career began in Australia working behind the bar in Melbourne and from that point on, I have been fascinated with how incredible coffee can taste. My work has led me all over the world, participating in some incredible projects all in pursuit of that goal.
Barista competitions provided me with a greater understanding of the complexities surrounding coffee and from that platform, I have founded several businesses that aim to improve coffee quality - from the co-authoring of my book - Water for Coffee, to the launch of the world's first speciality coffee capsules, to the imminent launch of Peak Water.
Today, I am increasingly involved with further innovation and new product development surrounding coffee technology as well as continuing to run our roasting business, Colonna.
