Café establishments are always looking for new ways to increase margins and revenue. From beans to cone, there’s a new trend which is set to go mainstream in serving gelato, waffles and healthy shakes as a menu extension.
To help keep you on-trend, we have launched the Caffè Gelato programme, which consists of over 20 live demonstrations from some of the industry’s leading brands. Head down to Caffe Gelato and the Antonelli stand (CG6) to sample, see and learn how the professionals showcase it’s potential.
The Caffè will be made up of equipment by a number of exhibitors giving visitors a chance to test the equipment and get advice on how to diversify your offering.
