Located on the Island of Jersey in the Channel Islands, Jersey Dairy is a cooperative of 12 farms, with pure Jersey herds dating back to 1763. For export off the island we produce premium quality UHT ice cream mixes, iced coffee, chocolate milk and standard UHT milk products. Our farms are all Red Tractor certified, whilst our dairy is BRC AA+ accredited and was the first dairy in the world to achieve the LEAF (Linking Environment And Farming) Marque. We currently supply the UK through a network of distributors, along with some well known national chains for cinemas, restaurants and QSR outlet. At the show we will be exhibiting and sampling a selection of products including our delicious Soft Ice Cream Mix, Iced Coffee and Chocolate Milk.
