The Callebaut brand is about the very best traditions of Belgian Chocolate where whole beans are roasted to create a delicious range of Pure Chocolate and Ground Chocolate Barista solutions. The Van Houten brand, inspired by its own invention of the vertical cocoa press and the dutching process, has used its cocoa expertise to design a range of easy to use functional Barista options that include Pure Cocoa Mass, Origin Cocoa, High Intensity Powders, and Low Sugar Drink Options.
