Stream 1 will be focus on start up’s and single outlet operators. Whether you are looking to launch your first coffee shop or roastery, the programme will provide the business tools to succeed and will cover all the essential elements of starting a business. Stream 2 is aimed at owners and senior management from the multiples and chains and will offer an invaluable insight into the necessary steps on how to scale up your business. The topics will range from creating simple operational systems to training and retaining the best people, building customer loyalty and how to effectively manage and grow multiple locations.
Stream 3 is specifically aimed at operators within the non-specialist market, which is reported to be outstripping growth of the branded chains. All types of businesses are reaping the rewards of training their staff to consistently produce top-grade coffee to retain and grow their customer base.
