Tuesday is designed for senior executives, buyers and procurement managers from the coffee and foodservice markets. The day kicks off with a keynote from Mark Palmer, Marketing Director of Pret a Manger and co-founder of Cawston Press.
Wednesday is running in partnership with Boughton’s Coffee House and focuses on the needs of independent coffee shops with subjects ranging from expansion opportunities for single outlet owners, pros and cons of vending technology and a debate on delivering quality and authenticity.
